Responsible for managing the design, development and measurement of online channel product marketing for Commercial Vehicle Insurance line.
- Provide strategic recommendations with respect to online channel marketing, customer experience and related off-line marketing projects (projects such as direct mail, sponsored events and affiliate relationships). Manage the design, development and elevation of projects related to the www.progressivecommercial.com domain.
- Integrate corporate branding and Progressive customer acquisition to ensure alignment of the commercial product line with branding and customer mission.

Responsible for managing the brand of a regional/national hospital system on the web.
Develop conversion strategy with Call Center and support patient (customer) experience with internet as service entry point. Supervise creative, operation and technical development of interactive initiatives.
Internet Marketing Initiatives (1 direct report, managed 5 member virtual team)
- Managed all aspects of the deployment the website for UH hospital system, www.uhhospitals.org – A complete overhaul and vertical alignment all Medical services under one URL with new creative, branding standards and customized Content Management System
- Member of the Implementation board of hospital system branding. Responsible for website/digital integration of new corporate standards, uniform design and common architecture.
- Managed the development of e-commerce solution for philanthropic support. The application streamlined donation processing which increased call centers productivity and aided in raising $450,000 - a 24% increase over previous year.
- Conceived and managed the development of a consumer focused Physician Finder tool resulting in 200% increase of patient appointment volume.
- Supervised Interactive media projects including CD-ROM and DVD Medical Training Projects.

Creative Developer of Marketing Technologies (April 2004 – January 2006)
Responsible for the overall strategic direction, general operation, branding of Rainbow Babies and Children’s online channel marketing.
Established and operation of The Rainbow Channel, a closed circuit television for pediatric patients and families. The Rainbow Channel provides marketing, patient education and entertainment alternatives to commercial television.
Internet Marketing Department (1 direct report)
- Collaborated on marketing projects to drive traffic to the Rainbow site: regional direct mail, newspaper advertising and television. Traffic continues to increase in 2006, with nearly 500,000 unique visitors YTD 4th Q 2005. New site features were added to the site in March 2006 and a monthly comparison from July 2004 to July 2006 shows a 700% increase of unique visitors.
- Deployed a consumer-friendly Physician Finder driving online appointment requests. This initiative resulted in appointment requests submitted up 42% in 2005—36% over 2004.
- Cultivate and coordination educational partnerships with institutions such as KidsHealth.org, a leading consumer health care Web site.
- Launched the first Rainbow physician-to-physician newsletter, reaching over 25,000 subscribers.
- Organized the Rainbow participation in the 2004 International Children’s Games held in Cleveland, Ohio. Worked in partnership with French company, Virtools to develop a flight simulator game using UH Medevac Helicopter Transport. Also collaborated with international resources to create online 3D chat/games.
Interactive Television Department (2 direct reports)
- Complete rebuild of the department of Pediatric Closed Circuit Television with new staff, resources and technology.
- Developed 24/7 digital video delivery system which incorporates mainstream movies, customized educational content and live interactive game shows.
- Developed technology solutions for Multi-User Games/Worlds, allowing patients to interact virtually with each other and family/friends
- Spearheaded and secured funding the distant learning program, e-fieldtrip. Through this program patients and families connect to neighboring cultural institutions of University Circle via the television network.
